Spring Meadow Homeowners Association is a planned unit development in the town of Colonie. The Association property is located off Haswell Road, between Route 7 and Route 2. It is made up of four (4) phases, approximately one hundred and ninety six (196) townhouse style units. Built from 1987 to 2003.
